No one has said anything to me yet, at least not in English. I have the same bangs as 80% of the middle school boys, in Korea.
I guess this is nothing terribly new. Back in Vancouver the joke was that I had the same hair as Justin Bieber. For Halloween, I even had a four year old tell me that she liked my Justin Bieber costume (I was not dressed up).
I didn’t think I’d escape it. In fact, I don’t really care. Short hair on women doesn’t really seem popular over here and the only form of bangs that women and girls run around with are dead straight (they’re constantly pulling out combs to flatten them back down to their foreheads).
